Why are some of the childcare providers not showing on the map?
Some small family childcare home providers have requested that their location not be published. You can contact the provider by phone, or contact the YMCA/Childcare Resource Service for more information on a particular provider.

How do I know what age children are serviced by a particular childcare provider?
Each provider has an “age range” which is displayed in the format yymm (e.g. 0300 - 1211 means children from 3 years of age up to 12 years 11 months old.)

If I enter address information, will it be kept private?
Yes! Addresses you enter will only be used for map positioning and the creation of driving directions. No personal information will be stored or sold to a third party.

When I check a data layer to display it doesn’t show on the map.
Whenever you make a change to the layers that you want displayed on the map, you must click on the Refresh Map button.
